9mg Vitamin E
Vitamin E is an antioxidant that supports healthy body tissue, including muscle. Vitamin E supports the body’s ability to protect against free radicals and promote post-workout recovery . Vitamin E also helps to support the immune system.
425mg Magnesium
An essential and abundant mineral in the body, magnesium aids in numerous reactions and functions in the body including energy creation, muscle movement and nervous system regulation. Magnesium can also support sleep quality and help maintain healthy testosterone levels.
35mg Zinc
An essential mineral, meaning we need to acquire it from food, Zinc helps regulate immune function, maintain healthy testosterone levels and support the nervous system. Zinc also helps regulate sleep.
1g GABA (Gamma Aminobutyric Acid)
GABA is an amino acid produced naturally in the brain and functions as a neurotransmitter that can promote a calming effect and boost mood.
1g Arginine - as L-Arginine Monohydrochloride
Arginine is an amino acid that the body converts in nitric oxide (NO). Arginine can help improve blood flow and improve circulation.
600mg Valerian Root Extract
An extract of the root of the herb can have a calming effect on the central nervous system and improve sleep quality.
350mg Chamomile - Flower extract
An extract of the flowers of the Asteraceae plant, Chamomile has a calming effect and has long been used to support restful relaxation and the onset of sleep. Chamomile can also help soothe the digestive system.
300mg Hops - Flower
The dried flowering part of the Hop plant, it is commonly used in brewing beer and as a flavoring component in food. Hops have also long been used to support sleep and relaxation.
5mg Melatonin
Melatonin is naturally produced in our bodies and plays a role in regulating normal sleep cycles. Supplementing with melatonin can help with the onset of sleep.
Suggested Use:
FADE OUT is an extremely powerful sleep and recovery formula. Assess your tolerance by taking (1⁄2) scoop 30 minutes before bed. Once your tolerance is assessed mix (1) scoop with 4-6 ounces of water on an empty stomach 30 minutes before bed. Do not exceed (1) scoop in a 24-hour period. Allow for at least 6-8 hours of sleep after use.
